How does returning or withdrawing work?

Packaging(Obligatorio)

The product is sealed and unopened (in the case of supplements). This is due to health protection and/or hygiene once the seal has been broken.

Goodies 1(Obligatorio)

All enclosed goodies and samples are returned with the shipment, otherwise they may be charged.

Goodies 2(Obligatorio)

If the order value drops to a lower goodie tier due to the return, the goodies that no longer match that value are returned as well. Goodies that are not returned may be charged.

Shipping costs 1(Obligatorio)

If TB-JP.eu paid the shipping costs, these are deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs 2(Obligatorio)

If the order amount falls below the free-shipping threshold after the return, the shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.

14 days(Obligatorio)

The return is registered within 14 days of receipt; the items are sent back within 14 days thereafter.
