Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Please see our Delivery page for the specific delivery times for your country.

Check your order confirmation to make sure you’ve selected the correct delivery address. All orders are shipped with PostNL or DPD. You can check where your order is using the track & trace link you’ll receive immediately after shipment. Does it say your order has been delivered? Check your mailbox for a note from PostNL or DPD.

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order if the product (in the case of supplements) is sealed and unopened. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless you received a different product than the one your ordered, the product arrived damaged or the expiration date had already passen upon delivery.
